Not perfect, but pretty damned good in my books!!

Nice one, Mark.  In addition to the swimmer (caught, as everyone's
already noted, at just the right moment), I like the relatively calm
water in the foreground, and the sudden disturbance of the water by
the swimmer.  Cool!
