Look:
Create digital images, movies or copies of your 35mm slides with your
digital camera, camcorder, movie camera or 35mm SLR and this professional
slide copier designed and manufactured by SpecialtyPhotographic.com.

*(Click either image for an enlarged view. The image of the cat's face is an
un-retouched image taken from a 35mm slide using this device on a Sony
DSC-F505V camera.)

This copier is designed to work with any camera and lens combination (as
long as your camera allows standard threaded devices to be attached). The
copier screws onto the end of the lens or adapter -- just like a filter --
allowing the camera to produce digital images from traditional 35mm slides.

Perhaps this is the one for *isd D/Ds owners?:

I have. Well, I tried, but gave it up. The format of the *ist D is simply
too small. I was attempting to use the bellows A and slide copier. You will
only get a crop of the original shot. Perhaps half of the area of the frame.
I'm sure someone is manufacturing slide slide copiers for digital cameras.
Soligor ussed to make one, but I can't seem to find it. But there are
others:

I was thinking...

Is it possible to use unmounted film with a slide duplicator?

and, how easy is it to control the magnification?

It would be interesting to use the istD to quickly "scan" B&W film.
Has anyone tried such thing?
