Hallo that is a super price. The value of the 80-200 is alone 900 Euro. The 16-45 is new 450, the grip 150 Euro. The used *istD is 800-900 Euro.
I have both, the Sigma 2.8/70-200 and the Pentax 2.8/80-200. The Sigma weight is 500 g less and a bit faster with the AF. But the picture quality is far better from the FA*. There is nearly no difference between the FA open and stopped down to 8 at the *istD. The Sigma has the same qualtity a 4 as the Pentax at 2.8. Go for it, sell the sigma for 400 Euro on Ebay and you have the perfect kit.
