Of course it is. Or we wouldn't be having this interaction.
They're going to be doing short product runs for a long time.
They have to. They're too small: It's a 2nd-tier company,
at least in this market segment.
Can things change? Certainly. Canon used to be 2nd-tier
in both consumer and pro. But they adjusted over two decades.
And it's not a fast process. Be happy that they are producing
new product -- lenses and bodies -- even if it's at a snail's
pace. (Pentax has been doing this since the LX, haven't they?)
