You may not want to listen to me because I am notorious for not liking 
the MZ-S. But Mrs. Tainter just let me out of the closet, so I need to rant.

The default autofocus mode is multi-point, and it is a contortion to 
switch it to anything else (like central point, like any knowledgeable 
photographer would use). On the D and DS, central point can be set to be 
the default.

Buy a used PZ-1p. It's supposedly antiquated autofocus is better in low 
light than the D.
