Try shooting lessons, if that's something that's reasonable where you live. The same techniques that make for accurate firearms shooting also work for photo shooting. Reduce stimulants like caffeine. Take a breath, let out half, hold, take the shot, resume normal breathing. Stroke the shutter release instead of punching it; it should be a surprise when the shutter actually releases. Proper support, whether monopod or "binding" your elbows to some other large bone, like your femur at the inside of your knees (sitting position, obviously). You can rest your elbows on your rib cage if you're doing the half-hold-breathe technique above. And, above all, lots of practice. TTYL, DougF KG4LMZ
