A person, personage or personette (which party hereinafter is referred to
as 'the shooter'), who shall, with malice aforethought and notwithstanding
accidentality or other non-deliberativity, randomality or absence of
conscious intent, cause or otherwise make to be recorded by the action
of light on a sensitised surface, in the environs, surrounds or
demesne of:

i. an approximately parallel corridor open to the elements betwixt and
between buildings expressly built for the purpose of human perambulation,
mechanical and corporeal;

ii. other location whether urban, rural or arboreal similarly equipped
for passage and social intercourse of higher primates and their
companions (mammalian, reptilian or avian), either through previous invitation
or by action of coincidence;

either or both of which parties to be known henceforward as 'the street', those
present in any capacity whatsoever, and hereinafter known as 'subjects', whether
by earlier allowance of said subjects, or by strict adherence to public right
on the part of the aforementioned shooter, thereby expressing the
shooters opinions, deliberations and interior cogitations in re the
rhythm, actual or metaphorical, of the party of the second part.

I hope that clears things up.
