The Takumar F 70-210 zoom is NOT the same lens as the SMC-F 70-210......there are
indeed two separate version, with the SMC-F being miles ahead of the Takumar F. The
Takumar F's were basic, low budget entry level type AF lenses without the SMC coating
if I recall correctly.
