Did you get a black 31mm or the standard silver one? The silver 43mm looks a bit odd
on the MZ-S and *ist-D bodies.

I decided I wanted the standard lens for the istD, and the closest I
could find was the 31mm LTD.
It arrived yesterday.
My initial impression is that it is, if anything, a better built lens
than the 77mm LTD. It is not a small lens and is quite heavy.
It integrates well with the istD, the balance of the camera is very
good with it, and the AF is very responsive.
