(I admit to having a personal bias against the 4:3 aspect ratio, but I think that it would look nicer aside from that...) I tried it, it didn't do much for me. Tried it at 2:3 and 1:1.66 (Golden something aspect ratio) a bit better. Tried it a 1:2, Bingo!, took a hair off the top but most from the bottom.
