I know there's a thread about this already, but just as a FYI, the PUG is unreachable from Winnipeg, Canada, too. I get the following message:
"Gateway Timeout. The following error occurred: [code=GATEWAY_TIMEOUT] A gateway timeout occurred. The server is unreachable. Retry the request." chris
