This lens is very new and the Pentax version should be available soon, but the exact date is unknown. The yen price is 60,000 which is 5,000yen more than the 28-75/2.8. So it should be quite affordable.

That is one I thought I might look at. It seems that only Adorama is listing it. Even the Tamron website doesn't mention it. Do you know of anywhere that has any information about it? Especially when it might be available.
