Monday 6/30/03 Pentax USA said it has supply of BG-20 battery grips and will ship to dealers in "a week or so." Also stated re the *ist D: 1) Will ship the end of August/September. 2) There is, as yet, no name for "the battery grip." 3) There will be "a list of great accessories" announced this summer. For all its worth I can see a delay for "software updating;" a showing at the NYC Javit's show; a release immediately after (early November) for the Xmas season.
