Hello everyone, I've never made use of the User setting on my PZ-1p.I just customize the settings as I see fit for the situation. I'd like to know how other list members use it or would use it if the most likely lens on it is the Pentax FA 1.7 50mm. What's the best setting for catching moments when you don't really have time to fiddle around other than pure automatic?
Secondly, I'm interested in locating the Tokina AT-X f2.5 90mm Macro lens but haven't come up with anything on line in the United States.BH Photovideo and Adorama don't have it.any ideas? Saw one on EBay recently (listed as Tonika) and it went for $212. I'd like to know what it goes for new. I'm fond of my other two Tokina lenses (80-200 AT-X f2.8 and 28-105 f3.5-4.5) and would like to consider this as a third option rather than shelling out the near $500 for the Pentax FA 100 f2.8. Actually, for $300 less I'll be happy to settle for the Pentax FA 100 3.5...that's an awful big up charge for the extra stop. Thanks, Marc
