Hi Chris, I got the extension tube and both reverse adapters from a seller on ebay. Under $85 as I recall. It was one of those auctions where I just threw a number into the pot, didn't really expect to win, since the item was listed as new (and indeed it was) and the retail price I found was about twice that, not including the adapters. But, it goes to show, there are bargains yet to be found on ebay, especially, I'd say, in the medium format category. Sid
