Hi Albano, I'm too a big fan of the Supra 100, and recently started to use the 200. I had in mind a side by side test, but after the first roll I thought it was unnecessary. The Supra 200 is the clear winner for me, mainly because it still has all the advantages of the 100 in terms of grain and colour rendition, but it seems sharper (to my eye, at least) and the lab I bring all my negatives to seems to do a better job with the 200 (to be honest, I always read what filters they are using when they print and, under the same conditions - standard filtrature -, the 200 is a bit more... natural - it's a sort of a Reala with 200 speed). I think it is really a 200 speed film (the 100 always seemed to me a 125, but I guess I'm too anal about it). There are times when I still prefer to use a 100 film (usually the Reala, now) but it's a big advantage to have a bit more speed. It allows me to avoid buying too much Supra 400 (I like this one a lot, too, but when I really need more speed the 800 is often a better choice). Hope this helps Gianfranco ===== __________________________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? Yahoo! Platinum - Watch CBS' NCAA March Madness, live on your desktop! http://platinum.yahoo.com
