Tom, All I can say is "oh, no." <g> I've been through that cycle a time or three myself, with various bits of kit. (I owned a Minolta CLE about three times.) There are just some things that are so close to "right" that we just keep wanting, willing, the drawbacks to disappear... BOTH previous times I've seen an LX, my reaction was, "too loud..." So maybe I've already learned the lesson I'm about to learn over again. There are some lessons we have to keep learning over and over again, I guess. :-( --Mike
