Bill was a gracious Canadian on 9/11 and expressed his sympathies to those of
us in the USA.

As the USA approaches war with Sadam, I see peoples around the world seek
ways to avoid the conflict and condemn the USA for threatening to police the
world.

At these times, I cannot help but reflect on two things.
1) The attempts at appeasment of Hitler before the opening of WWII.
2) The quick criticism that is offered the policeman, but the lack of
appreciation and thanks that is given for the benefits others enjoy from
living in a civilized society. (Why is this? Are you all so shallow that
you don't recognize that you live under the protection of the policeman?)

We've had another tough day here in the USA. Perhaps more are to come in the
near future. I hope we can find our way thru these difficult times.

Regards, Bob S.
