Paul,

As far as I know, it is not Zenitar, but Mir 47-K, 20/2.5 (It doesn't
really matter, but it is easier to search as Mir). It is said to be a
nice lens, but I have seen rumors its rear filter (which you must use)
interferes with the mirror on Pentax MZ (ZX) series of cameras.

Evan,

M42 Flektogon 20/2.8 or cheaper variant 20/4 sells usually for 100
dollars on german Ebay too. Two nice looking flektogons are finishing in
two days right now...

Evan,

Get the Zenitar 47K, a 20/2.5 true K mount with auto diaphragm. It goes
new for just over $100 on Ebay. Once you stop down to about f/8, it can
hold its own with the Pentax and Carl Zeiss Jena 20/2.8s. If may be a
bit less contrasty and snappy in the color department, but you can at
least boost these attributes digitally.

While you're at it, pick up a Zenitar 16/2.8K fisheye for about $95. I
used my Zenitar fisheye and CZJ 20/2.8 (both with my Sto-fen diffuser)
last night at my daughter's birthday party at a laser-tag place. A
fisheye and a 20mm rectilinear lens has its place.
