You didn't happen to switch the speed down to low, low, low on the drives?
I've had similar happen and not noticed how slow the low setting can be in
cycling thru an autowind. My other suggestion is checking the drive's
electrical contacts with the body. This has to be an electrical contact not
being made or completed.
