I have started something, but it is far from complete / useful yet...
Currently I can extract the relevant information, but have not had the time/focus/ math skills to translate the coordinate systems. Things that follow the geo-pdf spec are not so bad since they use EPSG coordinate systems.
If anyone has the time to take my first tests and make them real.... i'll happily share...
