the issue we were seeing was with version 751690. Apparently, what we were
experiencing was already described as PDFBOX-428, because the problem went
away between 768125 and 769148.
However, when we upgraded to the latest version, most of the text
information disappeared from our documents; the latest version that
actually works for us is 769865. From version 769915 onwards, there seems
to be some issue with fonts.
Thanks for the detailed description. It seems to be a sideeffect with
the clipping-support added with 769915. Try to disable the clipping
within the PageDrawer.properties file. PDFBOX-483 already describes that
issue.
We are doing some transformations on the PDFs ourselves, so the document
itself might be broken. I've attached three screenshots as well as the
document. Let me know if you think the document is okay and I should file a
bug for PDFBox.
As you already noticed, nearly all attachements will be removed when
posting to the list. Please attach your file to PDFBOX-483.
