While I have not found any documentation that states that page open events are not fired when an acrobat form is run from Visual Basic, this seems to be the case. (I'm referring to Acrobat 5.05 here) My workaround, which is really ugly, is to put in a timer in the VB app, check to see if the page has changed, and run the appropriate page open code when that occurs.
