Hi, List In regards to that "dashed line" problem we're having with our FRP based PDFs, I've been told to use a ".prn" file format instead of PostScript. Does anyone have more information on this? How do I make a .prn file? Any good web resources on this topic? Thanks, Mark A prn file is a type of file that I think is used soley for printing from Docutech machines. It is almost the same as a .ps file. You can take a .ps file and change the extension to .prn. Or, from many drivers, such as RoadRunner or HP, you can create a .prn from your Native file, choosing Print to File. However, to actually print the prn, you will need a driver that is prn-specific, which to the best of my knowledge is available as free downloads from the Xerox website. Our driver is called \\XEROXHoldQueue. We also use Print Method: Language Level 2. You cannot open on or print from a prn on your computer, but you can drag it to Distiller and turn it back to a PDF.
