Hello everyone!
This may sound like a very dumb question and believe me I feel silly for not being able to figure it out. I have a 3 page form which I have converted from MS Word that is supposed to be a legal size document. All the forms I create are accessible to offices across the nation once put on a Citrix network. The problem I am having is how do I set the document up so that each time it is printed (no matter who's using it) the default paper size is legal? I had changed the print setup to legal but after saving and closing the document the next time it is opened the paper size reverts back to letter. Is there a way to make sure that the document default paper size remains at legal each time it is used?
I know I have asked this question before but I did not here any response. So... even if you don't know the answer please just let me know that or if you can refer me to someone or something who may know the answer I would be very grateful. I've had the actual form done for about a month but we just can't get over the paper size hurdle.
Thank you SO much!!
Amy
