Sure. Right click on any of the fields and choose "Set Tab Order". The order you click on the fields will be the final tab order. When done, click off on a blank part of the screen. In addition, if you mess up you can hold 'ctrl' and click on the field before the mess up, release 'ctrl', click on the one out of order and carry on from there. Keep in mind, this info apply's to Acrobat 5, not sure about how 6 is done.. Best Wishes..
