Yes, the form is printed out, and both the applicant and "notary" sign it, *after* the notary has seen (i.e., verified) the applicants ID (e.g., passport).
Here's how I would like it to work: 1. click in predefined area where photo ID will be placed. 2. file selection dialog appears (This is where I'm stumped). :(Will the users have FULL Acrobat or only Reader? Version 5 or 6?
What difference does it make? For argument's sake, let's say they will only have the Reader ... version 5. Why?
