I am not sure if this would be the same as the problem I found recently. The form that had the check boxes had very small boxes in the original design. When I made the check box fit that design, they didn't print for some of the clients using the form. It's been a big hit, EXCEPT that on a few of the forms, only part of the check boxes print out. I can't see any difference between the ones that work and the ones that don't. I have tried copying a "good" one and modifying it, but that only works part of the time. Any ideas, anyone?
