I have encountered this same problem with remote printing in and out of my organization. 99% of the time the trouble resided with the end-user --  one or both of these items (in their Acrobat print dialog boxes) were selected:   Shrink oversize pages to paper size   Expand small pages to paper size   Next time it happens, have them check to see that these two items are not selected in the print dialog box.   Jim McClure Kaye-Smith -----Original Message----- From: Jeff [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Wednesday, July 23, 2003 12:25 PM To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: [PDF-Forms] Problem with sending PDF files to remote printers correctly Importance: High I am still having problems with PDFs and are still waiting for a response.  PLEASE HELP....   The problem I am having is that when I convert a PageMaker 6.52 document to a PDF, and I send it to a remote printer of another company, the document does not print on their end at the exact 100% that I created it in.   It sometimes prints out at 95% or even 145%.     When I send it to several remote printers at this company it comes out at different sizes on all their printers.  (NOTE: these are 3 different types and brands of printers)    They claim that it is an error on my end.  I am using Acrobat 4 and Distiller 4.  When I open it in my acrobat reader the document seems fine...   What am I doing wrong, and is this correctable?   Jeffrey L.
