[PDF-Forms] Tagged PDF Form for Visually-Impaired Accessibility

If anyone has an example of a form that has been tagged for visually-impaired accessibility, please send it to me.  We have an employee who uses two of our forms, and unfortunately, he can hardly see at all.  The screen reader he uses is JAWS.   My co-worker and fellow forms designer experimented with the accessibility plug-in for Acrobat 5 a year or so ago, but it was apparently quite a struggle to tag a form correctly in order for a screen reader to process it correctly.  So we would greatly appreciate any tips or sample forms that address this issue.  (It's nice that Acrobat 6 has the Accessibility feature inherently included.)  Thanks.   --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Leonard Rosenthol                            <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Chief Technical Officer                      <http://www.pdfsages.com> PDF Sages, Inc.                              215-629-3700 (voice)
