I agree. Go back to version 6.5 As I remember it was about 3 or 4 updates into version 6 before it was safe to upgrade from version 5. I imagine that may be the case with version 7. I think they just released the first update for version 7 and I didn't see a lot of improvements.
I have version 7 Security Suite running on one computer. With the anti-virus and anti-spyware turned on it noticeably slows the computer down. I recommend you go back to the previous version of ZoneAlarm. I certainly did. I'm using ver 6.5.737.000. I upgraded to the new ver7 and my system slowed down considerably. The reason I don't use Norton products is because of the performance hit, so ver7 was uninstalled pronto.
