You need to complain to your ISP about that, unless you're 
giving your email address out to a lot of places and fwd a lot 
of emails, and get a lot fwd'd to you with the addresses 
headers always left in the message bodies.

You should be able to search the registry for the friends name 
or address then delete it from there.  It may be in more than 
one place.
