Card is Magnum Expert 128 (not one I've seen before so maybe that's the problem)
Player is MSIDVD which is basically Power DVD.
He has over 5Gb free space.
I'm going to look for a download for the latest video card driver, maybe that will solve it

I installed a new Sony DVD, on the secondary IDE plus MSIDVD.
The DVD reads disks and plays music but when we try to view a film it sticks after about one minute and only a reboot will get it going again.
Tried the DVD drive in another computer, works fine.
Any ideas, anyone?
