That's a hell of a good idea; why didn't I ever think of it. It's even
better than "Open With" ... although (out of curiosity) I'd still like to
know how it's done. It would be nice having both options. The reason I ask
is that I like working with Lview (which has some advantages) but there are
times that a file will *not* open with Lview and I have to use IrfanView
(which has other advantages) to open it, then save it as jpg replacing the
IrfanView with Lview ... thanks for the "Send To" idea.

Back to an earlier point (an aside which belongs in Subject: "Formatting
replies to the group"). Notice how the thread below (which was fine in the
original posting, like the paragraph I'm typing right now), is now all right
when this window is maximized ... but skewed when restored to a smaller
window. That was my point, how to avoid that scattered look. I would like
someone to say it can't be done and not keep me wondering ... Harold
