You could get the low end version of Adobe Acrobat or another PDF program,
convert each printout to PDF, then pull them into one and send. That is what
we do here. All you do is File->Print->Adobe Distiller I think version 7
will be out soon, I read it was in beta.

pricey. Check out some other PDF creation programs... If you have a older
version thier products are more affordable.
