I use Netscape 7.0... For the last few days. I've been getting a "pop up" asking if want to download. Netscape 7.1..
Is there a difference in these 2 Netscapes. and if so.. Should I download it.?? It comes on. as soon as I connect (I use Earthlink- dial up.. and then use Netscape for my mail and browsing).
