Sounds like the power supply is dying, or the system may be overheating so 
be sure to watch all cooling fans during operation. I've had systems do 
this and most often it was the power supply, and it's a cheap fix too :).

I have a customer's computer, Pentium3 800, 128MB, Windows ME. Has ADSL 
connection through USB modem.
Keeps restarting every few minutes, sometimes will go for an hour or two 
but mostly only a few minutes. Computer runs fine otherwise.
Definitely not virus, checked and cleaned.  Disconnected USB modem but 
still happens.
Anyone any suggestions?
