Today I tried to print a MS Publisher document and a wierd window popped up (Win98) notifiying me that it was having to rename my computer "HP Photosmart 100, Series 2" Previously there was no "series 1 or anything similar.
Now the document won't print, other printing jobs just stack on behind the Publisher document and the entire printer seems frozen. I've tried deleteing the document, purging it, all to no avail. Also, none of the other network printers that I have respond to print commands either.
