Rocky, I had a similar problem with one of my systems

Solution: I took the tick out of "Do not allow attachments to be saved or
opened that
could potentially be a v**us."

I put a check in the one above that reads: "Warn me when Applications try to
send me mail".

I Also Removed the tick from "Restricted Zones, more secure"
and checked "Internet zone (Less secure but more functional)
