Jonathan, I don't think that's correct.  Everything I've read so far indicates 
that we want all GSOC participants --without exception -- to blog at 
http://parrot.org.

That site is then aggregated to planet.parrotcode.org (a site which is actually 
under the control of perl.org).

If a GSOC participant's blog originates at some location other than 
http://parrot.org, it might be possible for that to be aggregated to 
planet.parrotcode.org (e.g., your own blog, or whiteknight's or bacek's), but 
that doesn't guarantee that it will appear at parrot.org.

I don't believe http://parrot.org is set up to aggregate from, or serve as a 
mirror to, other locations.  I do know that everything that appears on 
parrot.org (e.g., my own blog posts) gets aggregated on planet.parrotcode.org 
-- but not the other way around.

Hence, it will be far simpler if Kevin's blog, like those of the other GSOC 
participants, is created at http://parrot.org.
