I think the command you want is:
cmake --install std-build/ --prefix rpm/usr
Without any modification to cmake files, I get this kind of installation (just
a sample to avoid a long mail):
-- Installing:
/home/domi/private/debian-dev/pan-stuff/pan/rpm/usr/share/pan/icons/icon_article_read.png
-- Installing: /home/domi/private/debian-dev/pan-stuff/pan/rpm/usr/bin/pan
-- Installing:
/home/domi/private/debian-dev/pan-stuff/pan/rpm/usr/share/man/man1/pan.1
