from
https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/pan/raw/master/NEWS
I got the hint to
./configure --with-gmime30
which worked with my gmime3.2
from
https://download-fallback.gnome.org/sources/gmime/
then
make
sudo make install
(I had to do sudo as I got the error /usr/bin/mkdir: cannot create
directory ‘/usr/local/share/appdata’: Permission denied )
pan version
now 0.147
the segmentation copy<n> ERROR problem is fixed now , thanks.

hi, problem compiling pan 0.147
I got mime source from here
https://download-fallback.gnome.org/sources/gmime/
installed successfully 3.2.7 and pan install
./configure
configure: error: Package requirements (gmime-2.6 >= 2.6.20) were not met:
No package 'gmime-2.6' found
I tired to install gmime 2.6 but that had a fatal error.
any clues?
