Hi all,

So I thought, now that Pan is once again getting code contributions, I'd
mention here that there is an IRC channel #pan on freenode.net. Might work
for people who want to discuss hacking on Pan code in real time.

Also, the official Pan git repo is mirrored on GitHub here:

https://github.com/GNOME/pan2

It is a read-only repo I believe so I don't think accepting merge
requests via GitHub is possible but forking it should work just fine.

Last but not least, I think it's time to finally roll a 0.140
tarball, if no one objects, and then maybe make a quick follow-up release
with more patches.

The biggest challenge I can see now is writing release notes for all the
changes that happened since the last release (in 2012!). Since commit
messages are not always helpful, anyone with a good memory want to help? :)

Cheers,
pk
