OK This is first time I have given advice to anyone. I have 10.6.8 on my Main Mac which is iMac from 2010.Is by far the best OS for the Mac. I used MacPorts to put Pan in. There is no problem putting it in. I have used Pan for 6 years without a problem. Regards,Ben
