Remember that CentOS is a rebranded RHEL - RedHat Enterprise Linux is the 
upstream project.  RedHat RPMs should work on it pretty well.  Easy 
enough to check out - try installing it and see if rpm throws any errors 
about missing dependencies that you know are met.
