Thank you, Duncan - that fixed it! Ignored threads are now shown. BTW, how can one un-ignore threads? Consider the following hypothetical scenario: Say one has a few dozen ignored threads (if not more) and would like to un-ignore just one specific thread previously ignored by mistake.
