Sorry, I was wrong. I don't use LMDE as much since Mint 13 was released. What you would have to do, would be to set up Debian SID UNSTABLE up in your list of repositories. The only version there is Pan 0.137-1 which was built using Gnome Key Ring. I just happened to get onto Klaus' site the same day that it was built. The best way to get it after adding to the repo list, is to click on it to access that repo in Synaptic, update via synaptic, and search for it. Update your system with it (dependancies will be downloaded also) and install. Immediately go back and uncheck the Sid Unstable box and update again, unless you want about 1400 unstable updates. I do this every week or so just to check for updates to Pan, but no others have been added. Bob Update Manager may pick up all those unstable downloads, open it and do a refresh.
