[Pan-users] Stupid question

I've found 0.135 at 
http://pan.rebelbase.com/download/releases/0.135/source/, but I have no 
idea of how to install it. I'm using Ubuntu 10.04.

Anyone having a slow afternoon and want to craft an explanation for the 
truly clueless?
