Just came across an unexpected effect with (old) Pan's 'mute Quotes' facility.
Looking at a newsgroup posting that included the text of a Bash script, with the 'Q' facility turned on to mute any quotes in the posting, I noticed that any line in the text of the script that began with a "}" character was regarded as a quote, and replaced by "> [quoted text muted]"! With 'Q' turned off, it was safe to copy the text of the script into a file. -- /\/\aurice (Retired in Surrey, UK) Registered Linux User #487649 Linux Mandriva 2010.2 32-bit PowerPack (i686 kernel) KDE 4.5.2 Virtualbox 4.0.6 Firefox 4.0 KMail 1.13.5 _______________________________________________ Pan-users mailing list Pan-users@nongnu.org https://lists.nongnu.org/mailman/listinfo/pan-users
