That sounds so... legacy. Wouldn't it be more likely to be email/text/IM, in this day and age? I know news itself is considered legacy by some, but it's not as legacy as "call or write" sounds, these days. Of course with VoIP, I guess "call" isn't so bad, and write, if interpreted as type into an email/text/IM client... but still... Your post just gave me the visualization of somebody at the NSP picking up the mail, sorting thru the equipment catalogs and other junk, then scratching his head wondering what to do with an actual paper letter that didn't contain legal documents (payments and bills included, here) or the like, is all. -- Duncan - List replies preferred.
